This Contract has been signed between the parties below within the terms and conditions specified below.

By accepting this contract, the BUYER agrees, declares, and undertakes that if they approve the order subject to the contract, they will be obliged to pay the cost of the order and, if any, additional fees such as shipping costs, taxes, and that they have been informed about this beforehand.

2. DEFINITIONS

In the application and interpretation of this contract, the terms written below shall express the written explanations opposite them.

• MINISTER: The Minister of Customs and Trade,
• MINISTRY: The Ministry of Customs and Trade,
• LAW: Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection,
• REGULATION: The Regulation on Distance Contracts,
• SERVICE: Any consumer transaction other than the provision of goods, made or undertaken for a fee or benefit,
• SELLER: The company that offers goods to the consumer within its commercial or professional activities or acts on behalf or account of the one offering goods,
• BUYER: The real or legal person who acquires, uses, or benefits from a good or service for non-commercial or non-professional purposes,
• SITE: The internet site belonging to the SELLER,
• ORDERER: The real or legal person who requests a good or service via the internet site belonging to the SELLER,
• PARTIES: The SELLER and the BUYER,
• CONTRACT: This contract concluded between the SELLER and the BUYER,
• GOODS: Movable items subject to trade and intangible goods such as software, sound, images, and similar items prepared for use in electronic media,

3. SUBJECT

This Contract regulates the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of the product whose qualities and sales price are specified below, which the BUYER ordered electronically through the internet site belonging to the SELLER.

The prices listed and announced on the site are sales prices. The announced prices and promises are valid until updated and changed. Prices announced for a specific period are valid until the end of that period.

1. The basic characteristics (type, quantity, brand/model, color, number) of the goods/product/products/services are published on the SELLER's website. If the seller has organized a campaign, you can examine the basic characteristics of the relevant product during the campaign period. It is valid until the campaign date.

7.2. Prices

The prices listed and announced on the site are sales prices. The announced prices and promises are valid until updated and changed. Prices announced for a specific period are valid until the end of that period.

9. GENERAL PROVISIONS

9.1. Information and Acceptance

The BUYER accepts, declares, and undertakes that they have read the preliminary information regarding the basic characteristics, sales price, payment method, and delivery of the product subject to the contract on the SELLER's website, that they have been informed, and that they have given the necessary confirmation electronically.

9.2. Delivery Time

Each product subject to the contract is delivered within the period specified in the preliminary information section on the website, depending on the distance of the BUYER's place of residence, provided that it does not exceed the legal period of 30 days.

10. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In the case of a distance contract for the sale of goods, the BUYER may exercise the right to withdraw from the contract by refusing the goods without showing any reason, provided that they notify the SELLER within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product to them or to the person/organization at the address they indicate.

11. PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE USED

Products prepared in accordance with the BUYER's request or explicit personal needs, such as underwear bottom parts, make-up materials, and disposable products, are excluded from the scope of the right of withdrawal.

12. DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES

The BUYER accepts, declares, and undertakes that if they default on payment transactions made by credit card, they will pay interest within the framework of the credit card contract with the cardholder bank and will be responsible to the bank.

13. AUTHORIZED COURT

Complaints and objections arising from this contract will be made to the consumer arbitration committee or consumer court in the place where the consumer resides or where the consumer transaction was made.

14. EFFECTIVENESS

The BUYER is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this contract when they make the payment for the order placed through the Site.
