One of the features I love and am most inspired by in the Chinese Calendar is that each day has themes that determine its quality and meaning. Just as each day has a different element, it also has a separate theme, meaning a separate spirit and energy.

The calendar not only tells us the elements of that day but also the theme that determines the day's quality and meaning, as well as activities that will bring luck if done and activities that should not be done.

We can choose a good day for important matters such as marriage, birth, openings, invitations and organizations, starting a job, moving, starting construction, or surgery. Taking actions appropriate to the day's quality allows us to flow more sweetly and gently through life by aligning with the day's energy.

Sometimes, the energy and value of that one day, which will be understood later, becomes one of the most important factors that increase our luck in life.
