Our products are shipped within 2-5 business days following order confirmation. Delivery is made nationwide across Turkey via contracted shipping companies, and a tracking number will be sent to you via email or SMS. Returns of products are accepted within 14 days from the delivery date, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. You can submit your return request by filling out the return form on our website or by contacting our customer service. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer; however, if the product is faulty or incorrectly shipped, shipping costs will be covered by our company.
